Description
Hi, my name is Safiyo O and I am a female home carer with extensive experience in providing hourly care. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of caring for individuals with various conditions including Mild Cognitive Impairment, Bedbound patients, Parkinson's Disease, Anxiety, and Depression.
While I may not have a car of my own, I am fortunate enough to be able to drive and am willing to use my own transportation to get to my clients' homes. I have a range of skills that I bring to my caregiving role, including bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, catheter care, and companionship. I take great joy in being able to support my clients in their daily activities, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Outside of work, I have a number of hobbies that help me to relax and unwind. I enjoy painting, walking, decorating, and listening to music. Additionally, I have a fondness for pets, particularly cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, and birds.
As a caregiver, my attributes of being caring, friendly, and helpful are what make me excel in my role. I believe in treating my clients with respect and compassion, and I strive to provide the best care possible. My motivation for being a carer stems from my desire to make a positive impact in people's lives and help them lead independent lives.
